Much has been written on the benefits of the new super food Cellfood in recent months. This new health fad appears to be taking off left right and center all across the developed world, and not for no reason. It is a scientifically proven and medically approved supplement that is highly effective in combating free radicals and the damage they cause in the human body. It consists of minerals, enzymes and many other complex ingredients, and among the many other health benefits it is known to offer, it is increasingly becoming clear that this superb food type actually improves athletic ability. Sounds too good to be true right? Well apparently not. In recent months it is being picked up by a professional sports teams and athletes, who are using it to great advantage on the field, track and in the pool. A study was recently done at the University of Pretoria, proving that Cellfood actually increases the intake of oxygen into the lungs, as well as increasing ferritin levels in the blood and the decreasing lactic acid. Lactic acid is particularly relevant to sport as this is the chemical that gets accumulated in our muscles when we are tired. It is basically the thing that causes them to ache. After a hard day of exercising the pain you feel in your back or your legs is directly a result of lactic acid build-up.

Cellfood is an almost magical way of stopping this from happening, and just to make it even better it is not in any way illegal or considered a taboo in sports at the moment. Many supplements and drugs have been banned in recent years and made illegal in some states, however cell food is really not true and does not contain anything that is banned or illegal or not allowed in sports. This has probably helped to contribute to its success in the sporting world, and it is also a non addictive substance with no known negative side effects. The benefits are seemingly endless and its popularity only seems to be growing. It is said that it will be used widely at the next Olympics, and we could be seeing some serious benefits from the athletes who use it. An exciting time indeed.
